Bio
Autumn Slover, LPCC, is a licensed professional counselor specializing in attachment-focused therapy. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University and her Bachelor’s degree from Wilmington College.
Autumn supports individuals who are used to putting others first and who may struggle with conflict, fear disapproval, or have difficulty expressing their needs. These patterns often lead to anxiety, insecurity, or feeling stuck in relationships and within oneself.
She has particular expertise in working with anxious and avoidant attachment styles—those who long for closeness yet fear rejection, and those who pull away to feel protected. Autumn helps clients reduce shame and guilt, build confidence, and cultivate healthier, more secure connections.
Her therapeutic approach is eclectic, compassionate, and down-to-earth, offering a safe space where clients can show up authentically and feel supported without pressure to be perfect.
Autumn believes that while life can be messy and overwhelming, no one should have to navigate it alone. She walks alongside her clients with warmth and honesty, helping them feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in both their relationships and themselves.
