We all need support from time to time and the confidence to overcome the problems we encounter. I believe that being proactive and providing the skills and knowledge needed, allow us to cope and work through these rough spots in each of our lives.
Problems, issues and feelings can often seem overwhelming; I find that a systematic approach can help manage these times and feelings and provide the psychological tools needed to be successful in meeting life’s challenges.
I have thirty-six years of Clinical experience in the mental health field. I have worked with adults – including the elderly – adolescents and children of all backgrounds and nationality. I strive to be respectful, interactive and empathetic with everyone I see and always maintain confidentiality and trust.
