E. Hope Wilson-Guzman, LSW, CSW
Hope is a Licensed Social Worker in Ohio and a Certified Social Worker in Nevada awaiting final approval for her Independent Social Work License in both states. Hope has certificates for specialized trauma therapy including Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Hope is experienced in multiple other treatment modalities in order to find the best therapeutic fit for the client(s).
Hope has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, a Master’s Degree in Human Services and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Hope is a 25 year veteran in the social services field and continues to have a heart for supporting people to reach their potential.
Hope is excited to work with clients with complex and multi-faceted situations and has experience working with multiple types of crisis. Hope has worked with families, children, teenagers, First Responders and Military Personnel in both individual and group therapy. Hope has engaged with clients both in the office/face to face and during tele-health sessions. Hope has a vast knowledge of community resources and supports to aid clients in obtaining community support and resources to ultimately be able to cope and meet life’s challenges independently.
